2nd Session (11:00-12:00) - Basic posture correction and 11 basic movement positions
3rd Session (12:00-13:00) - Applied JLO movement training and Jackie Cycle movements understanding and experience
*Break Time: 30 minutes*
4th Session (13:30-14:30) - Understanding and learning JCW routines
5th Session (14:30-15:30) - Designing and leadingand skills JLO&JCW routines
6th Session (15:30-16:30) - Multi-class and feedback
